How long does it take you to ship out my order once I have paid?
Once the order is paid for it usually takes me 1-3 days to make your order and ship it out. The time depends on how big the order is and what you order for some items take longer to make than others.
What brand of diapers do you use?
I use the Walmart brand Parents Choice. It is the best brand in my opinion. I have used them on my 3 kids and plan to use them on my 4th child as well. These diapers fit baby perfect and I have had no leaks with them. The only brand above the ones I use are Pampers.
What makes your items better than others?
First I use very nice quality baby items to make all my creations. Second my items are well made and well packaged. Third I have superb customer service. Last but not least my prices and shipping charges are some of the best prices out there.
Are your items new or used?
All my items are brand new from the store and 100% usable by the parents once taken apart and I don't use tape, glue, or pins on any baby item.
Do you take returns?
If you think I misrepresented your item(s) just contact me and let me know the problem then ship the item(s) back to me with delivery confirmation and I will refund the purchase price including shipping. No return shipping will be refunded.
